Fight Club - Boxing Class

Fight Club is a super calorie burning one hour boxing class in a fun and engaging atmosphere. Boxing workouts have been proven to burn 500-1,000 calories in a single hour workout! Fight Club is a genuine cross-training regimen, where each member will learn boxing techniques across the widest array of fighting styles, from trainers who are amateur and professional boxers. Fight Club is a great way to changed the pace of your everyday workout routine and keep you engaged in your exercise program. Our experienced professional trainers can offer one-to-one attention focused on making sure your form is safe and correct. Fight hard, be safe and most of all have FUN!
